2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped (i.e., when the tracking number is activated), not from the purchase date. Standard delivery times are as follows (for reference only):

These timeframes are not guaranteed and do not include potential customs hold times. While we cannot control delays once a package is in transit, we will do our best to assist you.
3. Shipping Costs

Important Notice: For international orders, the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to BosLi-po official store.

Door-to-Door Delivery: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package is delivered to the doorstep/front desk of the shipping address you provided. Our standard service is not to a pickup point.

Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit, we will launch an investigation with the carrier and, upon confirmation, issue a full refund or reship your order for free.

Damaged Package: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a free reshipment or a full refund.

7. Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one was available to sign), or the recipient's failure to pay customs duties will be considered undeliverable.

If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be required to cover the additional shipping costs. Alternatively, we will issue a refund for the original order amount, minus the initial shipping and handling fees.
