Battery Warranty Policy
To ensure your rights and interests are protected, the following terms specify the conditions under which batteries must be returned for warranty assessment
1、Expired Warranty:
The product has exceeded the 12-month warranty period from the counting from the day of receiving the goods.
2、Improper Storage:
Batteries shipped at partial charge (single cell voltage: 3.8V) that are stored for over 6 months without maintenance, resulting in excessive voltage difference or over-discharge.
3、Customer-Induced Damage:
Physical damage caused by mishandling (e.g., dropping, puncturing, or crushing).
4、Misuse Beyond Specifications:
(1)Over-discharge or overcharge.
(2)Exceeding the maximum allowable discharge current (C-rate).
(3)High-temperature storage or long-term storage at full charge.
Note:Violation of usage guidelines voids warranty eligibility.
5、Determining Whether the Battery Needs to Be Returned Requires the Following Basic Information:
1、Order screenshot;
2、Single-cell voltage (measured by a voltage tester, multimeter, charger display, etc.);
3、Total voltage of the plug's positive and negative terminals (measured by a multimeter);
4、Battery appearance photos or videos;
5、Customer usage habits (e.g., charging method, whether the charger has balancing functionality, charging current, discharge current, discharge cutoff voltage, storage temperature, whether it is stored fully charged, etc.).
Note:The above information should be provided in the form of photos, videos, or other means and will serve as the basis for determining whether the battery needs to be returned.
